I'm not the most athletic or exercise driven person, and although I've tried 'yoga inspired' classes at various gyms and found them enjoyable - I didn't realise how great really yoga is and how therapeutic it can be until I did Emily's class! With two seperate injuries to be mindful of, Emily guided me through an amazing yoga class and helped me to push myself whilst nurturing my weaker points. The class was perfectly paced, the environment was relaxed, and I instantly had trust in Emily's ability and knowledge of yoga. There was no pressure or expectation - just the encouragement to have fun and take a moment to step away from the stresses and strains of daily life. Thanks Emily! I'll be going back for sure!
