My Story

I teach you to access parts of yourself, expand your mind, open your heart, regulate your nervous system and find true rest and relaxation.

 

All through the power of meaningful, intelligent movement, breath, meditation and mindful self-compassion.

 

My evidence based approach combines both Western pscyhology, neuroscience and the ancient wisdom of Eastern philosophies. Tapping into your unrealised potential, love, peace, and freedom from suffering within the body, mind and soul.

 

Through this work we can alleviate chronic pain and inflammation, reduce stress, prevent injury, accelerate cellular repair, connect with parts of ourselves that are hard to connect with, expand our emotional capacity, increase resilience, and quiet the overstimulated mind, support the burnt out energy system, the list goes on.

 

I have over 10 years experience working with many different niche groups, this is my jam, creating unique and powerful workshops, retreats, classes and events that are specifically tailored to the needs and goals of each group.

I have 600 hours of yoga teacher training including advanced modules in psychosomatics, biomechanics and functional anatomy and meditation and mindfulness, and a certificate in yoga therapy for trauma recovery. I also hold a Masters in Health Psychology.

 

The way we think, feel, behave and show up in the world is determined by our relationship with ourselves, it all starts with you, so that's where we begin.
