Community Classes
Aaaand we're back!
Have you been feeling tired, tense, or out of sync with yourself?
Feeling stuck, sore, or disconnected from your body? You’re absolutely not alone.
Starting this April, you are invited to join our Term 2 community classes. These classes bring you highly qualified, trauma-informed guidance, inside a warm, welcoming, and inclusive environment. Perfect for all levels, whether you’re completely new to yoga or continuing to deepen your practice. Come as you are, this is your safe harbour to pause, breathe, and reset, without needing to be flexible, zen, or “good” at yoga.

Mondays 6:00 - 7:00 pm

Investment:
$160 for the term
$20 casual
Each class includes:

45 minutes of movement, stretching and breath
-
15 minutes of deep rest (Yoga Nidra)
This combination allows you to release constraints within the body and mind, regulate your nervous system, and leave feeling grounded, calm, and present.

What to bring:

Comfortable, layered clothing that you can move freely in
