Community Classes
Winter is upon us. Now is a great time to slow down, replenish energy, and support the body's natural defences, which are more vulnerable both physiologically and psychologically at this time of year.
If you've been feeling tired, tense, or out of sync...maybe you're feeling stuck, sore, or disconnected from your body? Well, you’re absolutely not alone.
With Term 2 coming to a close, you are now invited to join our Term 3 community classes. These classes offer highly qualified, trauma-informed guidance in a warm, welcoming, and inclusive environment. Perfect for all levels, whether you’re completely new to yoga or continuing to deepen your practice. Come as you are, this is your safe harbour to pause, breathe, and reset, without needing to be flexible, "zen", or “good” at yoga.

"Over the past three and a half years l've been through significant trauma, including losing my son in a tragic car accident. Sleep has been difficult ever since.
Driving home after Em's first class this term, I felt an unfamiliar sense of calm, something I hadn't felt in a very long time.
That night I slept for 7 uninterrupted hours.
I'm totally sold. Monday is now my favourite day of the week." - Steph P
"Part of the reason I make time to attend Em's classes is that it helps a lot with the flexibility I need to improve my golf and surfing." - Gordon
"This has been my first yoga experience, and I’m so grateful for the way you’ve introduced me to the practice. I’ve been navigating some health challenges, and your Monday night classes have genuinely helped ease my stress and pain. Thank you for creating such a welcoming, calming space.” - Trudi
"I really enjoy yoga with Em as it complements my gym, weights and boxing and I have found it helpful for overall wellbeing." - Andy
"I really, really love Em's classes. They feel so grounding and genuinely kind to my body. I love the different somatic styles, including Qigong, and the focus on the breath throughout. Em's knowledge of anatomy and physiology really comes through, and I always leave feeling relaxed." - Wendy
