Monday Community Yoga Classes with Em K
Join us each week for a calming and grounding yoga session designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and reset for the week ahead.
Starting this April, Em K Yoga is offering community-based classes in a welcoming and inclusive space - perfect for all levels, whether you’re completely new to yoga or returning to your mat.

These sessions focus on gentle movement, breathwork, and mindfulness - helping you release tension, build strength, and leave feeling more centered and at ease.
Come as you are, bring a mat if you have one, and enjoy an hour just for you.
